Once you click/tap on the Link you want to manage, Link Settings option will appear once you click the 3 vertical dots on the upper right hand corner.
You can provide an image/logo of your store, booking link or service. Providing a logo helps in easier identification.
Link is of the form (https://psq.link/<link_name>). You can customize your link. You can only use characters, numbers, -, _ and . in the link. No special characters or white space is allowed. You should avoid changing this. Once you change this, old link will no longer work and can be used by someone else.
Mention the name of your store, booking link or service.
It is the description of your store, booking link or service. Add delivery, payment, return policies etc. in description as applicable.
Sell Online: Customers can place order directly.
Online Catalog: Customers can browse your products, services or digital goods but cannot place orders directly.
Physical Products: Products that required delivery / pickup
Digital / Booking Items: Ideal for products like event tickets, stalls, services, digital goods, that do not required delivery / pickup

You can a provide banner image for the landing page. Wide images look better for banner. Also ensure that your banner image is at least 400px wide to cover the entire horizontal space.

Choose pickup, delivery or both depending on options you want to provide to your customer. You need to choose at least one one option from pickup or delivery.

Providing UPI ID will allow customers to pay you using UPI. However, you will need to track and acknowledge every payment. This payment mechanism is FREE. However, customer experience is not good as they need to scan the QR or copy the UPI ID to make the payment. Also, link owner/staff needs to manually confirm the payment. This is reasonable method for businesses selling locally or businesses selling within a circle of trust, but if you are selling pan India this is not a recommended approach.
Using payment gateway helps automatic tracking of payment. This is useful if you get large number of orders on a daily basis. Payment gateway also allows to accept more payment modes like credit cards, net banking etc. pi-square is integrated with Razorpay, any payment gateway charges are payable directly to the payment gateway. Refer here for more information on payments. (Note: payment gateway integration is allowed only after you create the Link.)
This is a simple mechanism for fraud prevention. This is set to one by default, which means customer cannot place another order until their previous payment dues are clear. Leave this blank if you do not wish to impose this restriction.
This is a useful feature for stores selling items like vegetables where it is difficult to meet the exact weight requested by customer. For example, if someone orders 500 gm apple, store may give either 400 gm or 600 gm apple, depending on the size of apple. If this setting is enabled, customer is shown a warning during purchase to indicate that final bill amount can differ from order estimate. After placing the order, store has the option to upload the bill and also update final bill amount.
Turn this on if you want users to discover your store, booking link or service using our search functionality. Enabling discovery will help people learn about your store, booking link or service. Once you enable discovery the lock appearing on the side of your Link will disappear.
Turn this on if you want to allow users to send to message without login. This can help new customers reach your easily but can also lead to spam messages. So decide based on your needs. We recommend to keep this off.
Order Custom Fields help you add order level customization. Example: if you are selling bakery items you can offer add-ons with each order. For example, you can provide celebration hamper along with the order for additional charge.
You can add upto 10 custom fields per link. Each custom field has the following attributes.
This is the name of the custom field displayed to the customer. Example, Frosting, Name on Cake, Size etc.
This can be Text, Number or Whole Number.
Indicates default value for this field
This is available only for Text type. This can be used to create item variants and also add differential pricing for each variant. Example, Frosting can have Whipped Cream, Butter Cream choices for cake and you can specify additional cost for Butter Cream
