Getting Started

Click on 'My Business' and follow the instructions below to create your business. 

1. Business Logo: Provide an image/logo of your business.

2. Business Link: Business link is of the form (https://psq.link/<business_link_handle>). You can customize your business link handle. You can leave this blank to let it auto generate and change later. You can only use characters, numbers, -, _ and . in business link. No special characters or white space is allowed.

3. Business Name: Enter the name of your business. 

4. Business Description: Provide the description of your business. Add delivery, payment, return policies etc. in description as applicable.

5. Address: Enter registered address of your business. If you are running the business from home, enter home address.

Details about remaining business settings (color theme, online orders, pickup, delivery, payment, discovery etc.) can be found here. They can be updated later.

1.  Add items to catalog in the catalog tab. For each catalog item

• Select one or more item image(s). Although optional, item image provides improved customer experience.

• Provide item name. 

• Enter the selling price in ₹ (Rupees). 

• Provide MRP and detailed description if applicable

• For more advanced options like category, stock tracking, SKU, custom fields, import/export etc check Catalog & Inventory Management

2.  Save catalog once you have added all the items. You will be requested for permission to enable notifications. Enable notifications if you wish to see order and message notifications from customers.

1. You can click on share button in top right corner to see your business link (https://psq.link/<business_link_handle>)

2. You can use your business link to place a test order and experience your store as a customer.

3. Use the business link to test the following customer functions:

   1. Place an order

   2. Make payment

4. Use the app to test the following business owner functions:

   1. Update order status

   2. Save payment for an order (not required if payment gateway is used)

💡 Pro Tip: Before sharing the business link ensure that is the final link you wish to use. Although you can change the link, old link will stop pointing to your business once you change the link & can be used by any other business.
