Download the mobile app or use our web app to create your business. (Your customers do not need to download the app for purchase) If you prefer using a desktop or web app you can use https://app.pi-square.tech to create/manage your business.
Login using your phone number and name. OTP verification will be done for the phone number.
Click on 'My Business' and follow the instructions below to create your business.
Customize your business link. You can leave this blank to let it auto generate and change later. You can only use characters, numbers, -, _ and . in business link. No special characters or white space is allowed.
Mention the name of your business. Provide an image/logo of your business.
Provide the description of your business. Add delivery, payment, return policies etc. in description as applicable.
Provide registered address of your business. If you are running the business from home, enter home address.
Choose a color theme that best represents your business.
1. Add items to catalog in the catalog tab. For each catalog item
Mention item name.
Mention the selling price in ₹ (Rupees).
Mention MRP and detailed description if applicable

2. Save catalog once you have added all the items. You will be requested for permission to enable notifications. Enable notifications if you wish to see order and message notifications from customers.
3. Now you are ready to share your business catalog with your customers. You can click on share button in top right corner to share your business link (https://store.pi-square.tech/<business_link_name>) with your customers. Customers can click on the link to see catalog and send you a message or place order, they don't need to download any app. Instructions to enable online orders are provided below.
💡 Pro Tip: Before sharing the business link ensure that is the final link you wish to use. Although you can change the link, old link will stop pointing to your business once you change the link & can be used by any other business.
Once you add items to catalog, you can enable online orders from business settings. Customers won't be able to place online orders until you turn this on. (Note that you will not see the option to enable online orders until you have added at least one item to your catalog and have saved the catalog)
Choose pickup, delivery or both depending on options you want to provide to your customer. You need to choose at least one one option from pickup or delivery.
For delivery, you can mention delivery charge per order and minimum order value for free delivery if applicable.
Testing - You can use your business link to place a test order and experience your store as a customer.
Customers can pay directly to the business using cash or upi. App allows business owner to keep a track of pending payments for an order.
pi-square is also integrated with Razorpay payment gateway. If you wish to use payment gateway you will need a Razorpay account & Razorpay charges will be payable directly to Razorpay.

Once you add items to catalog, you can create a support request here to enable discovery for your business.
Once we enable discovery the lock appearing on the side of your business name will disappear your business can appear in search results.
